If you are a talented designer or developer student who wants to continue learning hands-on at Aino, we accept a few interns every year for mutual benefit and having a great time together!

Internships at Aino

We have collaborations with several higher educations in Sweden — such as Yrgo, Brobygrafiska and Hyper Island — where students can apply for their LIA (learning at work) at Aino.

We also accept internship applications from students at other schools (in Sweden or abroad) and can sometimes offer paid internships for students that aren’t eligible for government-funded financial aid.

We expect you to be passionate about your craft and hungry to learn more at an agency that has a very high technical and creative level. We always take our time with our interns and make sure they are fully included in our team. If everything works out great we might be able to offer employment after the internship.

Full-time, 3-6 months
On-site in Gothenburg (with flexible remote)
Fluent in English and some Swedish

We grow slow

We want to be the best – not the biggest. Having new people at the coffee machine every week is not our thing. It might seem ironic doing what we do for our clients, but we don’t see fast-growing as a self-fulfilling prophecy for our own success.

Our beautiful, spacious office in a 19th-century building in Gothenurg has a bar, gym, relax room, and serves breakfast every week!
