Slash is the portal where our retainer clients run their site with us, from the first question to the deployed change.

Working with an agency usually means email threads, ticket queues and waiting for someone to get back to you. Slash replaces that with a shared workspace where you can see what is happening, steer it, and ship it. Every client gets their own organization with the apps their store needs, included in the retainer rather than priced per seat.

Connected intelligence

At the center is Ian, an agent that knows your setup. It reads your codebase, catalog, CMS and logs, so answers come from what is true about your site rather than from a support script.

Ask

Describe what you want in plain language. Ian asks the clarifying questions a good developer would, then researches your actual code and platform data before it answers.

Approve

Requests become written plans. Nothing is built until you have approved the plan, so the scope is agreed before the work starts.

Review and ship

The work is built in a safe sandbox and handed to you as a preview link. You review the change there, and nothing deploys until you have.

It knows your site

Slash listens to what your site is doing. Error logs, analytics and runtime events flow into your organization, so an investigation starts from what happened in production rather than a guess.

Site health

Errors and runtime events are collected as they happen, which means we often know about an issue before anyone has written an email about it.

Search analytics

Search analytics show what customers looked for and could not find, and those gaps feed back into how your catalog is organized.

Grounded answers

When you ask why something happened, Ian reads the same logs and events, so the answer describes your site rather than a hypothetical one.

One portal, your apps

Around Ian sits a set of tools we install per client, so the portal you see is your toolkit rather than a generic product.

Discovery

Search that understands intent, with stock-aware filters and ranking rules your merchandisers control. Read more about the Discovery engine.

Voice and assistants

An on-site shopping agent that speaks in your brand voice, and copy generation checked against your own tone guide.

Operations

Deploys, redirects, AI translations, file sharing and catalog syncs are self-serve instead of an email to a developer.

Included in the retainer

Site search, shopping assistants and copy tools are usually three more subscriptions. In Slash they are part of the retainer, built for your case, with data stored in the EU and scoped to your organization.

Before you ask

Is Slash an extra cost?

No. Slash is included when we work together on a retainer. There is no per-seat pricing and no per-query pricing, and we install the apps your store needs as part of the engagement.

Do we need to be technical to use it?

No. You describe what you want in plain language, and Ian handles the translation into technical work. The technical noise stays hidden unless you ask for it.

Does AI ship changes to our site on its own?

No. Every request becomes a plan you approve before anything is built, and every change is reviewed on a preview link before it deploys. The gates are the point: you stay in control of what goes live.

Where is our data stored?

Slash is hosted in the EU, and your organization's data is kept separate from everyone else's. The tools are built on your data rather than on a third party's platform.

Which platforms does it work with?

Slash is built around the stacks we work with: Centra and Shopify for commerce, with integrations for the systems around them, such as Storyblok and Voyado Elevate.

Can our whole team use it?

Yes. You invite as many people as you like, with roles for who can approve and who can view, and notifications go out by email or Slack so nothing waits unseen.
